Please note that due to COVID-19 some countries restrict freight volumes and it might take a little longer for your package to arrive. If you are buying a gift for an occasion please allow a buffer to make sure you get your delivery in time.

Please contact us for express shipping options. We can not guarantee delivery times at the moment due to disruptions outside of our control but we are always happy to organise a faster delivery, where possible, within your budget.
What if I don't like the jewelry when it arrives?
We do our very best to take pictures that accurately represent each piece to avoid disappointment but we do understand that sometimes you open a box and it is just not what you have imagined. All of our pieces come with 14 days 'Love it or your money back' guarantee. Just send it back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a refund, no troubles!
What about returns and refunds?
If you need to return a product, that's a bummer! We are sorry to hear that but we have no intention of making this hard for you. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a return label with easy to follow instructions. Once you've sent the package we will issue a refund.
Please note, unfortunately, we are not able to refund shipping costs.
What if my package arrives damaged?
We pack everything really snug and tight to prevent any damage but we are sometimes surprised and amazed by the ingenuity of how a package can be treated. If there is any issue on arrival let us know straight away by emailing email@example.com and write 'Product damage + Your order number' in the email subject. We will treat each report on case by case basis and give you a few options to chose from.
Is your jewelry safe if I have a metal allergy?
If you have a metal allergy please contact us prior to purchasing. Please, please, please! Our pieces are mostly made with stainless steel which is hypoallergenic but there might be the odd component that is not safe for you. Our founder also suffers from a metal allergy but is able to wear stainless steel so it very much depends on the individual issue. We promise to either help you to find a piece that you love or custom make one just for you!
Does your jewelry tarnish easily? How do I maintain it?
Our jewelry is made with non-tarnish materials and will stay as new for a very long time. We do advise cleaning it once every few months (if you wear it 1-2 times per week) or once a month (if you wear it every day). Keep it in a box or bag when you are not wearing it. Too easy!
You are an Aussie business, why 'jewelry' and not 'jewellery'?
Honestly, aesthetically, 'jewelry' looked better with our logo...We all make weird decisions sometimes and we own up to this one :)
