Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our jewelry, we accept returns for store credit or exchange only. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Non-Refundable Items: Custom orders, sale items, and gift cards
Note: We do not refund shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
